Video by quality
Video bills per output second, and the per-second rate follows the quality you pass. Default is 720p. The same ladder applies in every mode (text, image-to-video, reference).

Reference clips
In reference mode, video_refs add to the bill: seconds of video_refs are measured at submit and billed at the same per-second rate as output seconds.

Rules
Credits are deducted when a new generation is accepted. Failure and refund confirmation are separate: report a refund only when the service confirms it. A timeout or unavailable status does not prove failure or a refund.
Video bills per second of output at the chosen quality, image per image, speech per 100 characters rounded up. quote resolves model: "auto" first, so the price you see is the price of the model that runs.
