Quickstart

Connect an agent, check your account, and make your first image or video.

On this page

1. Connect your agent

Add the hosted Agent Media connector to your client, then complete the browser sign-in yourself. Use the connection guide for Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor and other MCP clients.

2. Check your account

Ask the agent to check your connection and available balance with get_account. If that tool is absent from an older connector catalog, list_models includes the same account check. These checks do not spend, refill or grant credits.

Check my Agent Media account and show the available models. Do not generate anything yet.

3. Describe the result

Tell the agent what you want to make, the subject, the setting, the output shape and whether to use a reference. You can start with a simple image before attempting a longer video.

I want a vertical product image of my bottle on a clean bathroom counter, in soft morning light. Use my uploaded photo to keep the product consistent. Show me the generation quote first.

4. Add reference images

Ask for the existing upload panel. Drag in one or more images, then tell the agent you are done. The agent retrieves the uploaded image URLs and passes them to the generation tool. Uploading alone is not permission to generate.

5. Review the cost and generate

The agent quotes the intended model and inputs, checks the balance, and submits within your approved budget. It then polls the returned job ID until the output is ready. If a status check fails, it should keep checking the same job instead of starting another.
